Umed Foundation’s programs are designed to foster the holistic development of differently abled children. Our activities include specialized learning sessions, physical therapy, and emotional support groups, all aimed at enhancing the well-being and potential of every child we serve.

Special need and guardian project (Balak-palak prakalp)
Umed Foundation was founded in October of 2019. The foundation strives to improve the lives of parents and children with special needs. Umed Foundation used to provide day care for children with special needs who were older than eighteen.
for the past four years, Umed Foundation has been a beacon of compassion and care, assisting countless people in achieving their ambitions despite their obstacles. We are now expanding to create a more open and friendly atmosphere.
We have been running a residential facility for special needs children for the past two years (2022). The organization currently has 30 special needs children and 10 staff members (for a total of 40 people). Some children use day care services, while others are residents.
Children with special needs from all across Maharashtra come to live with needy parents.
We charge costs for this. However, some parents who cannot afford the fees can be accommodated here.
We recently made plans to construct a “balak-palak prakalp” shelter for our special needs youngsters and their parents.As parents age, it might become challenging for them to handle the children who require special care. In this way, the elderly parents can be housed alongside the children who have special needs. This kind of special child and guardian residential project is the first in Maharashtra. We have bought eleven gunthe land in Paud gaon,Pune for this reason.
